Welcome Post!

Hello, readers! I'm a regular guy from a small town, but I love music. I used to play the violin and the trumpet, but I am an average person who had to go to college and work so I couldn't practice much. I still do write lyrics a lot. Fortunately, I do have a job where I can listen to anything and everything that I want to while I work. Music allows us to express ourselves, and we all have different tastes. You can control what you like, and what you want to listen to.
    I'd like for this blog to explore English and Japanese music as I listened to both growing up. I always love listening to new artists or songs that are new to me. Even if I think an artist may not be for me, I still give them a chance. I love a little bit of everything and anything. I have several series that I would like to feature as columns and posts on this blog.
    I plan to have the following features:
  • Superstar Standouts: reviews of albums by today's most popular, hottest, chart-topping artists
  • Top Pops: albums that have topped the charts or gained a cult following
  • Deep Dives: a series that will put a spotlight on one artist and their whole entire catalog
  • Legendary Loves: An artist or album that is a legend and must be covered.
  • Ear Candy: catches my ear even though it's not something I would normally listen to.
  • The Best of The Best: I have listened to a large amount of the albums from Acclaimed Music and I would like to talk about them in this column series.
  • City Pop Radio: highlights city pop album
  • Rising Suns: hot albums and artists from Japan.
  • Song Spotlight: a standalone or single that will be highlighted.
  • Seasonal Styles: songs/albums that fit the current season
  • Holiday Highlights: songs for various holidays
    Instead of a numbered system, I'd like to do a recommendation that ranks from: D Rank -> C Rank -> B Rank -> A Rank -> S Rank
    Let's dive on in!
